{About Me}

I'm an on-location, natural light photographer in the Cincinnati area. I'm also a mommy to 3 funny kiddos, a wife to my bestest friend, slightly OCD, obsessed with music, photography and the ocean and probably not as funny as I think I am...but that's okay because I make my kids laugh and that's all that matters:) My obsession/passion with photography started about 6 years ago when my first son was born. I wanted to document every single moment of his life...every curl, dimple, first step...I never wanted to forget those little things. I got my first DSLR camera in 2006 and I was hooked. My passion went into overdrive this past year after my family experienced the loss of my youngest brother at the age of 27. I was faced with the realization that I was not truly "living" my life the way that I wanted to. I realized that I have to make every single second of this life count and doing anything other than what I am absolutely passionate about just isn't an option anymore. Photography has helped to heal my soul over this past year and has been such a blessing in my life. Life is so short and the memories that we make with our loved ones while we are here are so priceless. I am so lucky to be able to capture a few of those fleeting moments through my lens.
